After receiving his law degree in 1994, Heiko Bruhn joined the team of F. Hoffmann-La Roche, where he gained experience in several different divisions and positions in Human Resources. Before moving on to Mediatum in August 2010, he held the position of Assistant Director of HR Switzerland.

With Heiko, Mediatum has been fortunate enough to gain an employee who not only has extensive knowledge in the industry – after having worked for many years as the global human resources business partner of strategic marketing and clinical development – but one who also has invaluable contacts in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry.

After his training as a systemic coach at IFW Munich, Heiko pursued further training at several different institutions, including The International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland and The University of Michigan in the US.
