Laura Leuthaeuser has been working as a Consultant with Mediatum Development since 2016. She specialises in aptitude testing and cultural diagnostics as well as psychological training and coaching within the sphere of talent management. Together with a colleague in London, she supervises international assessment research projects investigating the measurability of entrepreneurial skills. Laura also uses her psychological expertise to provide expert and organisational assistance to the CEO of Mediatum AG.
In 2016, Laura graduated from the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich with a degree (BSc) in Applied Psychology and immediately began her professional career with Mediatum.
