Sabrina Ben Messaoud was appointed COO of Mediatum AG in 2018. In addition she holds the positions of the Managing Director of Mediatum UK Ltd and US Ltd. She has more than 14 years recruitment experience and has spent the last 12 years working in international executive search within the life sciences sector.
Sabrina started her recruitment career within aerospace and automotive engineering. She later moved to Life Sciences Executive Search when joining Sharpstream Life Sciences in 2004, where she most recently served as Operations Director. As a member of the management team, she played a significant role in Sharpstream's international expansion. She was also responsible for teams of up to 35 based in several locations. To date, Sabrina has spearheaded more than 350 search projects in the life sciences sector, supporting clients on projects such as succession planning, pipelining and benchmark intelligence gathering. Born in France, Sabrina holds a bachelor's degree (BSc) in economics and speaks fluent French, English and Arabic
