Lisa Werp has been working at Mediatum since 2010. After initially joining Mediatum Germany as a Project Assistant, she soon became a Consultant in operational project management. Her project management focus was on filling expert and leadership roles in the life sciences sector. She continued to expand her skillset by joining the Mediatum Development team in Heidelberg as a Senior Consultant in 2017.
Lisa studied business administration at Northumbria University in Newcastle. In 2008, while still a student, she began her professional career at an American venture capital company, where she gathered her first experience of the life sciences sector as an Executive Assistant. Joining Mediatum Deutschland signaled her move into human resources consulting. Lisa is able to draw on her thorough understanding of the life sciences space, her network and many years of project management experience in her day-to-day work.
