Kristina Loew joined Mediatum in 2019 and works as a Senior Consultant in the Mediatum Development team. She has developed an increasing expertise in preparation, follow-up and implementation of individual assessments and development centers. In addition, she handles employee surveys and supports trainings and workshops of the Mediatum Development team. With her pronounced administrative and organizational skills she accompanies all processes in the cooperation with our clients.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Luxembourg, she graduated with a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology in Heidelberg. Kristina Loew then started her professional career in a personnel consulting company, where she gained initial experience in the field of personnel and organizational development. Since joining Mediatum, she has strengthened the Mediatum Development team in Heidelberg with her growing expertise.
