Cornelia Arain has been working as a Consultant for the Mediatum Search team since 2006. Since 2014, Cornelia and has been responsible for assessments as well as leadership training and coaching as a Principal Consultant in the Mediatum Development Team. She is also involved in a joint venture project “Founder Desk” with an accountancy firm aimed at providing comprehensive consultancy services.
After graduating from Erfurt University of Applied Sciences with a degree in business administration focusing on human resources and corporate management, she began her professional career in market research at Hays AG before joining Mediatum in 2006. Here she expanded her skills as a Consultant within the Mediatum Search team and specialised in the life sciences sector. In 2012, Cornelia supported the establishment and development of Mediatum US in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed training to become a certified Systemic Coach (SG) at the Centre for Systemic Research and Consulting in Heidelberg and also trained to become a TÜV-certified Resilience Consultant (Academy Prof. Dr. Jutta Heller in cooperation with the Universities HAM and H:G).
